Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the product has already been dispatched.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (including returns); no restocking fee will be charged for returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is reflected.

If the return is due to the customer’s preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Specific fees will depend on the courier you choose.
If, due to our fault, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the customer is not responsible for the return shipping costs.
