When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days from the date the order is placed. The shipment usually arrives within 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on carrier availability and location.

We apologise if shipping is delayed due to customs clearance, inspection, or transport delays caused by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order on www.17track.net.

What are your shipping rates?

We apply a fixed shipping fee of USD $2.99 for all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, if your country is not covered by our logistics service, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order.

How can I change my shipping address?

Address changes are only allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

Can I have my order delivered to an address different from my card billing address?

Yes, this is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Some items will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the remaining items are produced and shipped directly from our own factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
